Affirmations are powerful!

       

When I get stressed out and those bad thoughts start coming into my head. 
I think, "I can’t do it all, so I’m just not good enough"
or something like that. So when that happens,
I thought I’d like to share with
you what I do about it to make myself feel better.

Maybe you could try it and see if it works for you?

I just tap on my collarbone, and repeat positive affirmations like:     

I am healthy, I am wealthy,

I feel joyful,

I CAN do this!,

I feel good/great/on top of the world…..

       

Or - I am so happy living in joy everyday,

I am so grateful for every breath I take,

I’m grateful for the abundance in my life….

       

You can make up your own affirmations.

       

Try it especially when you feel down or stressed and I’m sure it will make you feel a bit better.
You can also tap through all the points, and repeat the affirmation at each point.
