I don’t feel good!

When we decide we want more abundance in our lives and we try, for example, to apply the principles in The Art of Attraction by coach, author and expert on the Law of Attraction -  Rich German.  Many of us all will probably face resistance when trying to just simply to FEEL GOOD!

Here is a tapping example which will help you in those moments, when we just can’t help feeling bad!

Karate Chop
"Even though I don’t know how to feel good about anything, I choose to appreciate a few good things about my life."

"Even though I don’t feel good about myself, I accept myself just as I am."

"Even though I don’t feel very abundant right now, "I choose to find something to feel good about"

Now for the phrases that focus on the problem

Eyebrow: "I can’t find anything good to focus on."
Side of Eye:
"I don’t know how to feel joyful."
Under Eye:
"I don’t feel good about much right now, so why try?"
Nose:
"I feel so bad, and I don’t want to feel good."
Chin:
"I don’t know how to focus on something good."
Collarbone:
"I don’t have what I want in my life."
Under Arm:
"I don’t feel very abundant."
Head:
"I’m willing to change my focus on feeling good."

Now for the positive focus on the solution

Eyebrow: "I choose to focus on something I appreciate."
Side of Eye:
"I choose to look for things that make me feel better."
Under Eye: "
I choose to feel good about something small."
Nose: "
I feel empowered just thinking of something positive."
Chin: "
I know I could think of something good…"
Collarbone:
"My life is full of things I appreciate."
Under Arm:
"I feel good already."
Head: "
I feel good about many things, and that’s my new focus."

Then tap on the following phrases to complete one more round:

Eyebrow: "I choose to feel good about myself."
Side of Eye:
"I choose feel good about my life."
Under Eye:
"I choose to appreciate the prosperity in my life."

I love feeling good about myself, my friends, my life…"
