I have had rheumatoid arthritis for the last 12 years.
Pauline suggested I try a strange technique called EFT.
After taking strong medications and cortisone for so many years and not being able
to even comb my hair, I was willing to try anything!
I was astounded, that with only one session; The pain in one of my knees was substantially less, plus the swelling went down and I could actually bend it again,
just a little more than usual (I have not being able to bend it for a very long time, so I limped!).
I could also bend my elbow more than usual! That was not all…I had a terrible craving for chocolates (I’m not allowed caffeine because of the cortisone),
and within 5 minutes of EFT - I felt sick about the thought of eating it!
(I checked with Maria weeks later and - still no chocolate). I was amazed that in just one session EFT had made such a difference.
I highly recommend Pauline and this magical tool she calls EFT. I don’t think I need to tell you -
the results I had since that first session…well, they are just remarkable!
