The Art of Attraction
I heard a very interesting audio this week that I’d like to share with you.
It was called: The Art of Attraction, by Rich German.
Basically he explains us how crucial it is about having the right approach and applying
the right attitude when wanting to manifest things into our lives.
I’m sure you have heard of the Law of Attraction? And I’m not going to tell you how it works!
You can do that by watching the movie - The Secret.
What I’m going to do is share with you some practical tools which explains
how you can use and begin to apply the
Law of Attraction in 6 easy steps.
Rich German calls it; the missing piece to the puzzle… the Real Secret…which will lead to
incredible amounts of happiness and success!
First of all you must accept and recognize something;
You have attracted everything you have, into your life, even the things you don’t want - Everything!"
Its all about having FUN and applying these principles.
1. Feel Good.

All manifestations begin with feeling good.
Feeling bad will only attract the things you do not want! -
We need to consciously choose to feel good.

Your state of being attracts everything to you.

Make feeling good the number 1 priority in your life.
Make a gratitude list;
e.g., Your health, mind, body, family, friends (names), job…etc
Meditation;
Daily meditation helps to calm down the mind = feeling good.
Exercise and Nutrition;
Health and energy are everything!
Strong energy = feeling naturally good.
2. Set forth the intention.
Decide what you really want? Over 90% of manifestation occurs in making the declaration!
"So what do you want?"

State of being; e.g. feel good, be happy, have fun….etc

Health; e.g. perfect health, my ideal body is… I feel energized…etc

Mind set; e.g. think empowering thoughts all day, Be in the moment, be present…etc

Spiritual; e.g. being conscious, being connected…etc

Material things; e.g. a specific amount of money a month, a car, a home, cash in the bank…etc

Relationships; e.g. a greater connection with a husband, wife or children…etc
Make a list of all the things you want, make an intention every day and make it a habit.
3. Take inspired action;
Don’t just sit back and wait for things to happen.
When you make an intention, ideas may come, so take action.
Continue what you’re doing and do it with passion and joy.
4. Release the how;
If you get stuck in - how your going to do it…
you will kill the intention.
Go with the flow and dream big.
Trust the universe, it always delivers!
5. Learn to say YES.
Saying no! cuts off the flow.
When you are offered something – SAY YES!
When something is suggested to you – DO IT!
No matter what happens, declare everything to be PERFECT!
6. Allow the intention to manifest.
Be open and feel worthy with no resistance.
"This is the real secret!"
The energy that created and sustains the universe is the same energy
that created and sustains you! Energy is everything!
If you have the power to think it, you have the power to have it!
You are worthy of incredible amounts of Love, Health, Happiness and Wealth!
Accept your true power and have anything you want!
This sounds wonderful and it works just like he says.
But what happens when you have resistance? When you don’t feel worthy?
When you don’t feel good?
When all those negative thoughts come your mind?
That’s where EFT comes in very handy.

with the resistance around feeling good,
it will help clear the blocks that are stopping you from attracting the abundance you deserve.
